Welcome! :)
My question is it too early to start giving nutrients? When is it recommended as something is wrong with shark attack already but the new growth appears to be OK, as you can see by the pictures the lower leafs on the shark attack looks kind of brown grey.

You give us no information with which to work with. Anyway, that is not a nutrient deficiency. A plant that young should not be fed. It does look like a pH issue, get a pH meter, meassure your water and adjust accordingly: 6.5 is ideal for soil, but keeping it between 6.0 and 7.0 is fine. Don't think of giving nutes, let the plant feed itself from the soil and then, trasplant to a bigger pot. In case you care, LED bulbs are much better at growing weed than CFL.
