Plant is very bushy and has quite a lot of branches, but seems too short. Can I do something about the growth?

Not really. If she's an auto, then definitely not. If she's a photo, you can reveg her but that will set you back a week just for her to switch over. You might get some fat buds off her. I would let her finish. In the future, don't switch to bloom nutes until after she stretches. She probably wanted nitrogen to grow but had no access to it. Just a guess, you would know better than I.
