Should I stop lst completely?

It will do a lot of stretching when she goes into bud leave her alone or risking bud developing properly if you want to tie branches over so under canopies can get more light that would be ok

This is the downfall to LST , I find. Never see the huge colas and plants remain small. Think LST should be applied during late flower to keep buds off the light or give that stress to push to light. Defloate and let her grow upward I think.

Auto? gotta let it grow vertically as some point or it diminishes what you are trying to achieve. Should still have up to a couple weeks, if tufts of stigmas just started. I'd let them all grow vertically and try to keep'em even.
