worlds smallest fem plant 10 weeks

not my plant* I received 2 free seed and my father had planted them about 10 weeks ago and this is all that has come of them...she looks like she is flowering?

I had one flowering even smaller, she was about 5 or 6 cm high, produced like 1 popcorn bud and that was that... about 300000 micrograms dried. Splitted it half for each joint and it still hits... if you have no tolerance at the time of smoking ofc.

@sndwich advertised as a fem seed not auto, also started its life in a peat pellet and was transplanted a lot, miracle grow soil I would have done things differently but again not my plant lol

If its been growing for 10 weeks already and they're still this small, its likely that the plant just isn't getting enough light, too much rain, or just generally not great growing conditions. I have a bagseed growing outside and Pistils have shown for about 2-3 weeks already but the buds are developing very slowly due to me not really tending to the plant and leaving it out in the rain and everything.

Did you do it outdoor? Where they under lots of stress? Bad light? Looks to me like she's just had a stressful life so hasn't grown much because of it, were they auto seeds?
I could be wrong but thats my thoughts

LED LightsAnyone used the Phlizon Cree COB 2000w lights?
I’m running two in a 8’x4’ under a scrog net. 5 weeks into veg but nowhere near where they should be. Used only the COBs in veg as some suggested but had to put on full blast today and hope for some speedy growth before I flower them

Stunted growth?Hey fellow growers, im coming into week 7 and she's starting to flower, but compared to others growing the same I feel she should be bigger or further along than she is. Temp is around 25° humidity 37-50, ph is 5.35. Using shogun npk. Am I doing something wrong?

3rd week veg complete but still so small. What am I doing wrong?What am I doing wrong here? End of week three and she's still so small. These genetics should be going into preflower based on other grows. Didn't use any nutes except first watering with Cal-mag. Just PH'd water and ffof. I want to correct before starting again.
