Slow growing seedlings It has been 10 days after the seeds popped. In my eyes they look a bit small. Have I been watering too much? I gave them 3 day water break after spraying them every day twice. I also noticed fungus gnats, so i sprayed the soil with neem oil mix. Anything I have been missing?

Dark devil - problems still occurring she’s not as big as the other plants and looks a big shrivelled up. Does anyone know why she might be like this and anyway I can improve it?
