Too much water. Starting seeds in big pots make over watering really easy. A half cup of water will do for several days

Slightly over watered it looks like. MAke sure it dries out before watering again. Cannabis thrives from the wet/dry cycle.

Leaf curl down is usually from over or under watering, looks to be over water . Just let you plant dry out between feeding and you will be fine.
