Ppm and tap water

What kind of water can I buy from the store that will give me the correct ppm or at least close to correct as possible.my tap water is 235 ppm on my meter and 7.5ph but I have read it needs to be over 1k in the flowering stage.I make the water ph 6.3-6.7 for her drinks consisten

You can buy any drinking water you want honestly. But you would have to test the ppm starting point. Then add your nutrients. pH at the end. I use my sink water, it comes out at 125ppm, I let it sit for 24 hours. I add my nutrients to where I want the ppm at ( depends on plant stage ). Then I pH adjust it to where I want it. I've always done it this way and works out nicely. This can apply for soil and hydro. Hydroponics will take less nutrients.

That's almost exactly what I just did and have been doing just not with nutes ,untill today.I used the tiger bloom 3 part set and used the ones appropriate for my girls.I started off slow with only 1tsp of the ones I used. Thanks again aquimini your easy and helpful answers are appreciated

Distilled water is the best to start with, its under 10ppm, you have to make sure to add micronutrients to it though because it has essentially nothing, and Ph down because it will be neutral (7)

If your ppm is that high I would recommend a filter. Drinking water shouldn't be over 150ppm.
