I'm gonna upload a picture of the stem. Stem is flat and wide but there no sign of abnomarl growth. Fasciation could be a guess and looking through the internet it doesn't lead to anything good. I hope is polyploidy!

I had a genetic mutation exactly like this with my end game RBX grow. Don't worry about it because you can't do anything about it. You can still smoke it when it's finished though! Have fun!

Congrats, you have a polyploid plant! Polyploids have extra chromosomes which cause the genetic mutation you are seeing in the bud formation. Expect some big flowers!!

as crimsonecho said, It will not grow out of it, Embrace the mutation and get a crazy looking bud. If anything you might have some nice pictures and win a Picture of the month with it. Good luck and happy growing

There is nada you can do. It'll grow out of it most likely. Its just a mutation is all. Out of our control. Happy growing.
