can someone help me? I have the leaves that become clear with a weird texture and the tips of the leaves burnt

Its nutrient burn, use only water and after 2 or 3 waterings resume nutrient schedule but at 2/3 potency.

Same seeds - Different looking leavesall plants are Auto Amnesia Haze RQS Seeds but most have of them have pointy thin leaves but one plant has rounded leaves (see in pictures "strain pointy thin leaves" vs "strain rounded leaves". Many of my attempts don't make it past seedling.What could be the problem? Done 3 grows now. Each time germinated several seeds. I can almost always get a tap root but when I plant, many never sprout and those that do sprout, half remain small and never grow past 2 little leaves. I'm always growing autos.
