Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?

Can someone give some advice please. My friend has these going and one of the seedlings just is not growing compared to the rest. I believe he's around 5 weeks today and i don't want to tell him to kill it before getting a general view on here on if anything can be done to help

It is obviously stunned. If he is going to flowering soon I would destroy it so others have more space. It likely had a ph or nutrition issue when young with stunned it's growth.

BAG SEED BEAST!!!!!!!Plant is isolated in a 2x2. This thing seems to be packin on frost. Is it ever worth it to let a plant nanner to get some seeds? Its a random "Gorilla Glue" bag seed. Or am i just pissin in the wind. Ur thoughts and input on trichs and buds is much appreciated
