Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?

Can someone give some advice please. My friend has these going and one of the seedlings just is not growing compared to the rest. I believe he's around 5 weeks today and i don't want to tell him to kill it before getting a general view on here on if anything can be done to help

It is obviously stunned. If he is going to flowering soon I would destroy it so others have more space. It likely had a ph or nutrition issue when young with stunned it's growth.

Healthy Autoflower 45 days old Pistil show at day 36,still not blooming. Is this to concern?I heard too much heats may cause slow develop. and I training this girl aggressively. My normal timeline in past 2 growth should be week 2 or 3 blooming now.
She got heats stunt at her first week, stable condition is 30degree celcious with around 45-60% RH. watering with pH 6.5Week 7

remove lower side branches that are stretching outwards to focus on main cola?some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering.

Adding soil to stems in solo cup? Or wait to transplant?Do people add more soil to stem, or do I wait until I transplant to the parent pot? It's been 1 full week in solo cup. Feed chart and flowering time on cultivar checkI am 7 weeks from flipping to 12-12. Strain calls for 8-9 week flower. Buds look small, cropsalt telling to change the feed for last two weeks. I want to delay the switch by one week. Keep feeding regular and switch next week. Thoughts?a year ago
