If its a sudden temperature change from like 25°C to suddenly being 40°C, then yeah its probably because of the heat, if its not anything that critical, then its most likely nutrient lockout caused by nutrient accomulation in soil, if its this latest one, give it a flush and start the feeding regimen back to normal but going slower and give it longer breaks inbetween feedings. It could also be too dried soil, more heat=more evaporation, and the soil being more dry causes it to take in more nutes from the soil, so what could have been a good feeding schedule so far, may have become a overdose due to recent heat. So in this situation just water more often or reduce nutes. Its up to your judgment to take this information and see what fits in better with what has been going on over there.
