the best way to lower the ec is pure water with a 0 ec itself you dont half to flush it just use plan water for a couple weeks in soil down to a couple days in a dwc just depends on how your growing there but the plan water will wash out the bottom lower every time just gotta find your styles sweet spot to know when to start this after a couple of times it wont be nothing man best of luck

2.3 EC is too high, I don't go beyond 1.8 or 1.9 at most. What I would do is water only with water, and let the plant consume what's in the substrate for the remaining weeks.
