This is my first autoflower grow (GSCE) and she Looks about ready for nutrients. From what I understand, they need a lot less nutes than non-auto, how do I begin adding nutes and How much? I use fox farm nutrients, it’s hard to find a decent guide to this. Help!

Bro, whatever you do.. do not go by FF guide included in their trio and online.. they’re insanely high amounts even for photos. I’d listen to these guys as far as if your in decent soil wait several weeks to feed.. probably around the time you start seeing flowering signs. Back to the nutes tho, when I used FF I basically used only Tiger and Big Bloom in flower because the soil contains enough to get thru veg. When it comes time to feed, the Big bloom is much less potent and you could probably do 10-15 ml per gallon.. the Tiger bloom is much more potent and I’d start around 5ml per gallon probably. I’d aim for around 5-600ppm your first feeds. FYI I’ve noticed the Tiger bloom drops pH significantly so keep an eye on that. Good luck

https://foxfarm.com/download/13115/ Here’s their official soil feeding schedule. As stated before, it is wayyyy too strong even for regular photoperiod plants. It’s a good reference for ratios of what to use but not the strengths shown. I’d do like literally 20-25% of what’s shown, and start around the time flowering has begun. Also consider your pot size. If you stay in that small pot thru flower you will need to feed sooner as the nutrients in the pot will be depleted quicker.

Looks good! Nutrients for autos should only be at 1/4 strength and at week 3/4. I would keep it water only for now. ✌️🏻💚🌿💨

Your plant looks healthy. You can water to runoff i would test the ph and ppm of the runoff. That will tell you where the medium is at. You want to feed nutrients before you see any deficiency. Suggestion is do a test then go from there. Also if you are using dry amendments it could take a week to get the benefits.

I grow in Fox Farms Ocean Forest and start fertilizing sooner than most people. I let the sprout get about 5 nodes before I start giving additional nutrients. When I do fertilize I use a very low dose to begin with and let the appearance of the plant tell me what it needs. Also, I find that a plant often needs the higher nitrogen of a veg fertilizer for the first several weeks of flower. Then after 2-4 weeks in flower I transition to veg fertilizer.

Hydro_Hiebs is absolutely right. No need to feed yet. Your soil should feed it almost or into flower where you can start giving some flower nutes. Good Luck and Happy Harvest! 🙂🌱👍

Hi there, it looks like you are using soil. If you are you have organic matter in your soil that will hold the plants over until about day 40. Day 40 from seed is when I usually start to feed my plants for the first time if I already have food in the soil. If you choose to feed her now with organic matter already in the soil that the roots have not reached yet then you will be pushing the PPM too high and could cause some toxicities to your plant. Hope this was helpful ☺️
