How to know if your plant is pollinated ?

The pollinated buds will be very different to regular buds.
They will be thin and not get fat, and with many seeds or pre-seeds.
Yours looks like a regular Calyx.

Were there any males?
If its outdoors you can never know because the pollen can travel for miles.
Just hope that it has pollinated herself and in this case you got yourself a batch of feminized seeds.
Are there any more seeds in the flower? If there are it probably was pollinated and could be by herself or by a far away male releasing pollen in the wind.

What is wrong with my plants? Buds look a bit off - nute burned 1 (2 others were not that affected) - can i defoliate since they are packed? (Autoflowers)First grow. Had many troubles along the way. Stretched seedling stage on 2 of them and discarded the third (planted a new strain after that, so 1 is 1-2 weeks behind the others). Now in flowering, the buds look weird?
