top cola looks fairly ripe, but you need to use some magnification and check out trichomes. personal preference as to how much amber you want to see. more amber = more sedative effects, but the top of the plant is ahead of the lower parts as far as ripening time. Obviously focus on the bulk, but sometimes that means letting the top colas get a bit more amber than the rest. trichomes on calyxes only, not leaves.

Beautiful looking flowers, can see some solid milky color in the close up photos and maybe even a little amber. Only way to tell for sure is with a jewelers loop but they look super close! Plant is looking pretty green for its end of life, maybe would cut back on nutrients in the last couple weeks of flower.. or don’t, that bud is going to be fire no matter what

Depends how you would like your high. Check the trichomes, if most of them are milky and just some amber you will get a more head high. If you want the couchlock high wait for the trichomes to get mostly amber. You can use a magnifying glass or those little magnifyers jewelers use.
