Yes and no, it will survive and produce but from what I've read you might want to go bigger - 16 or 20L. This does depend on what area you have to grow in size 9f your light etc. These others factors play a role in your decision.

I have increased day 5 Flower from 25 to 30 DLI.
Environment 24C Leaf temp 25.5-26C leafe vpd 1.3 @65RH
have tried to raise the light and turn it up more to get back to 30 dli, leaf temp unchanged
