Lower leaves damaged (macronutrient excess) or Top leaves damaged (micronutrients), may also have a little bit of N to spend but that might be one those blooms that come with N

Seedling problemMy seedlings lower leaves arenturning yellow and crisp. Temp was high with humidity low for a couple days and some fluffy white mold deep in soil I also didn't have all the dirt I normally use for a mix and had to use 2/3 happy frog 1/3 coco loco so the soil is acidic or over watLeaves. The tips yellowing indicates, a nitrogen burn.
The burnt brown tip indicates, nitrogen burned to long 😂

D49 (out of 70 theoritically) same strain, same nutes but only one plant looks affected (top right). Looks like it started 2 or 3 days ago.
Could it be nute burns ou some kind of lockout?

Yellow & brown spots in 2nd and 3rd week in coco-perlite nursery cup. What am I doing wrong? Fed until 20% runoff (extra), strained. Smth with roots?2nd grow in 70/30 coco-perlite mix* & very similar issues w. yellow/brown spots in weeks 2-3, then stabilizes.
*CalMag & pH buffered 6h @ 0.5mS, pH5.8, strained** & seed planted.
