Es posible que una feminizada no llegue nunca a su fase de floración en un cultivo exterior? Y si es así, se puede remediar? Gracias de antemano.

She will flower. I've had some go up to 20 weeks before starting. You need more than 10-11 hours of darkness. If she's being disturbed at night(no torch!) Then put a trash bag to give her 12/12 lighting.

If you have it near enough to a powerful enough street light, that's turned on all night, then sure it's a possibility I guess. It's not really anything I've heard of before, but there's a possibility.. It can easily be remedied tho, just cover the plant so you're sure that it only gets 12 hours light a day, and it should start flowering soon.

its outdoor, if it was Indoor i was gonna say maybe you have light leaks, I don't know timing for flowering outdoor or anything really, but do you have a porch light? or a street light, or any other light pollution that's confusing your plant thinking its day, if turn out the light, move it, or create some kind of shade That's my first thought. but I'm a newbie myself gl

You could had left the leaves on the plant, its better that way, only defoliate when ultimately necessary... someone else has told you this before. If the day is lasting more than 12/12 then just put her in complete darkness for 12h, make a artificial chamber or something to force her to flower.
