Week old seedlings seem to be leggy. advice for a first timer?

My first time growing so I need advice. My seedlings (Tangerine Dream auto) seem leggy, any advice? I use led grow light

I’d lower the light till you can get a better one, and you need to bury some of that stem with more soil so less is above ground. Good luck 🌱

Same tent, same seeds package, same germination method, same soil, same light but big height difference. What could it be? Thanks 💚Hi guys, what do you think could be the reason for such a difference in heights at this stage? The short one sprouted 12h earlier and you can probably see is a little ahead in nodes/leaves development but stayed low. I even tried switching them places in the tent a few days ago.

Is it normal for my flowering plant to look so thin and stretchy??I kicked her into 12/12 schedule about 2 weeks ago. I’ve seen some pics of other plants about 2 wks into flowering and they look big n bushy as heck. Wondering if I’m doing anything wrong. Haven’t updated my diary yet but I plan to soon. Can moving tent upstairs shock plants 14 wks.Can plants go into shock if I move my tent upstairs in air conditioning, currently in basement room. I had to get 12" extension and after removing drop ceiling I still will need to cut 1.5" off the extension bars or move entire tent upstairs.

Plant stakes for heavy branches???Do you add structural support to branches before they form buds? People have warned me to add structure to my plant ASAP.
