Rust spots?

I have two leaves full of brown rust colored spots, it’s on the bottom of the plant, pH found to be 6.5-6.8, it’s around 80f outside, RH around 67%, using fox farm ocean forest soil.

Seedling wateringShould the soil be kept moist for when my seedling pop through the dirt? I use a spray bottle and do about 5-6 sprays in the morning then another 5-6 sprays at nighttime before I bring them back inside.
