Rust spots?

I have two leaves full of brown rust colored spots, it’s on the bottom of the plant, pH found to be 6.5-6.8, it’s around 80f outside, RH around 67%, using fox farm ocean forest soil.

Tent temp and rh issues!!!Seeds just germinated and placed in tent, temp and RH is are off 84f° and RH 30% I have plastic bags over my sole cup any advice on fixing this issue. Outdoor plant moving in a tentI have an auto plant 3-4 weeks old outdoor and in my tent one that soon is going for harvest.Its okay to bring the other inside when I will finish the indoor plant and follow 18/6 led schedule or it will die from stress?
