Rust spots?

I have two leaves full of brown rust colored spots, it’s on the bottom of the plant, pH found to be 6.5-6.8, it’s around 80f outside, RH around 67%, using fox farm ocean forest soil.

Is it okay at week 4 to have their cotyledons turning yellow? LST??? TO EARLY??Is it too early for LST? I'd like the 2 main colas to be sticking up more, will I leave that to the growth or should I start training it now? Can plants recieve light from the sun and artificial lights?What is the general consensus about allowing your plants have both artificial light with some direct sunlight as well?
I put my plants on the window ledge to get 4-6 hiurs of direct sunlight, they literally explode with growth and thickness everytime I do this. I live 18th floorWeek 3

To defoilate or not to defoilate.. that is the question!I've always heard that you shouldn't "defoilate" auto flower cannabis, especially if they're a sativa to boot. With that being said, (looking at my pics for reference) should I do more defoliation? Would doing so really increase my yield significantly? Thanks6y ago
