Rust spots?

I have two leaves full of brown rust colored spots, it’s on the bottom of the plant, pH found to be 6.5-6.8, it’s around 80f outside, RH around 67%, using fox farm ocean forest soil.

Could Stem flat on soil infect Because of the LST i did in the beginning some plants have the first 4 cm of the stem flat on the soil. This has me worried that this could infect so i am constantly trying to create a gap underneath the stem. This is getting harder though, should i worry about htis?

Veg too long Anyone ever have a plant veg as long as this? It’s an auto so why 2 month veg? Pistils are just showing now at day 69 so I guess I still got another 55 days till harvest. So much for being an auto, more like a photo except I don’t have to change the light schedule.

Balls on stalk.Growing community.... I was inspecting my Purple Punch today and noticed two hard balls on each side of the main stalk with pistil like single hairs. What the hell are these and is this normal? Noticed this as flowering buds are developing.
