Looks nice and healthy to me.
it'll explode soon as canopy provides increasingly more energy every day...
The thing to watch for stunting -- if not genetic -- if leaves look like they are all popping out of same spot with virtually no internode space, that's when you know you are causing it to be short and likely impeding it's growth. that would be due to light being too close / too intense for the young plant.
that's just for reference.. your plant looks great.

Royal dwarf is what it is, a tiny plant so don't worry about the size and she will initiate flower quite early. Soon you'll want to add some grow nutes into your watering. And ph should ideally be between 6 and 6.5.🌱👍

Take a look at the healthy Fastbuds GSC auto compared to the limp RQS WW auto. Both being grown in the same cupboard, same guanokalong soil, filtered water, 130w CFL, 5w clip on fan, 80% RH, day temp 24, night temp 16. No nutes yet. What a contrast. Thoughts?
