Is it time to harvest?! As it is my first grow, I don't know if this is the right time to harvest my plant. Can someone help me, please?
Based on trichomes. Her pistils seems are not "brown" enough.

From my understanding you want to wait until you start to see them turning a little hazey but not quite Amber. I've heard a lot of people recommend one of those $15 usb microscopes. My first grow isn't done yet but my guess would be almost, keep checking it daily until it has a smidge of amber starting. I'd wait for a more experienced answer to be fit sure

Based on trichomes, you want at least 10% to go amber BASED ON TRICHOMES ON THE FLOWERS NOT THE LEAVES. That's very important.
10% - highest THC
psychedelic effects, heavy head high
20% - good mix
Psychedelic effects, but also relaxing
30% - couchlock, heavy body high and munchies
50-70% say goodnight
I prefer somewhere between 20-30%.
Remember to check each cola because the main cola(s) will probably be ready to harvest sooner. Yes, you can harvest in parts. Good luck!!!

Close to Flush/Harvest? No good tric pics even using Mag Scope! Still White Pistils on the oldest plantWondering how close I am to Harvest here? These were all 50-60 day strains. Estimating wet bud weight from dry bud weightThe harvest report for the diary asks for wet bud weight, which I didn't measure. (I think it'd be hard to provide that number if you didn't wet trim, right?) So, what's a good conversion: using dry trim weight to estimate wet trim weight?

I'm having an exceptionally hard time telling how close or far from harvest based on my trichomes. My eyes maybe not what they used to be. I...seem to see a mix from clear clear all the way to some Amber's. I'm using a jewelers lope and also zoom through camera etc. Lil help?
