Hey Mate, Without having the seed in water it can take a few days until your bean pops up. How deep did you bury the seed? To your pH question. Vinegar is acidic, so you can lower the pH of your feeding solution (or Mineral water) I wouldn't mind of the soil. It puffers pH quite well, so you shouldn't run into any troubles. Wait a couple more days, if she still didnt pop just start over, try to give the soil a wash with low ph water till run off before u start over. You can always very carefully use a very thin dried up fan leaf branch to move the soil carefully and check if its developing underground and save those 2 days of wait. Try also setting a transparent container on top of the soil to prevent water from evaporation and raise the rh aswell by doing so. Good luck growmie.
