The short answer: yes, 60% is fine. The long answer: it depends on air movement and air temperature. The higher the temperature, the higher the ideal humidity, and visa-versa. This is where Vapour Pressure Deficit (VPD) comes in. Essentially, VPD is a measurement of how much water the air can hold at the present conditions (temperature and humidity, as well as pressure/altitude). Use this link to see the best VPD for your conditions. Then, set your air conditioning/dehumidifier to whatever settings are convenient that line up with the correct VPD! https://www.dimluxlighting.com/knowledge/blog/vapor-pressure-deficit-the-ultimate-guide-to-vpd/

60% is OK for now, but in late flower you'll really need a dehumidifier to get that lower🌱👍

Yes, I would lower the humidity. Tender young plants do really well in higher humidity but fruit & flower can have mildew and other disease problems if the humidity is high.

If your temps are 70~75°F you are ok with 60%Rh. Keep your tent well ventilated
