Small white spots

As the consensus show its spider mites. But they are not as easy to be rid of as things can seem. Choose something that will kill all stages of spider mites. Treat soil with a soil drench . Than treat plants from base upwards. Both sides of leaves, get entire plant... pot included. The will be in your grow space too. So simply treating your plant wont cut it. They will hide in corners crevices.... and once ur treatment dries they will come back aboard the ship. So a treatment of ur grow space, then a bleach dow and cleaning. Follow treatments will be necessary. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Looks like some spider mite damage. I had the same issue, resolved with applying neem oil.

For me this does not look like mold, but rather after spider mites, also had the problem and have sprayed mine with water and rapeseed oil since the on I rest from those.
