New branch from stem in Late Flowering?

Is it usual for a plant to grow a new buds from from the stem so late into flowering (seems odd to me)?

It happens. I have a plant right now that sprouted two leaves at its base about the size of a marker cap, and there's a golf ball sized bud developing there now. Crazy.

End of bloomOk when growing an auto and it comes to the 8th week of flower and still feeding bloom nutes do i just continue with nutes and leave it up to the plant to start showing yellow leaves at the bottom or do I slowdown/stop feeding now and bring her on for the next week or so..

How long is left and other advice :)This is only my second grow and I am still learning a lot. I am growing this auto White widow on my windowsill and I was wondering how long do you think is left and if there is anything I should do. :). Hermie in the tent. Are all my plants ruined?I am in week four of flower in a tent grow of NanaGlue and Nanaz. Several days ago.
