I had good luck with Charlotte's Angel from Dutch Passion a couple years ago, very easy plants with THC below 1%. I would agree with @rhodes68 about the hemp, this year I'm growing Berry Exotic hemp and they're really strong and easy going. I'm also growing Joanne's CBD from RQS, but she's turning out to be the finicky one of the bunch.

Might want to look into Hemp seeds.
THey will have the lowest THC of any and well its pretty much the same thing

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
