Will she survive?

My seedling lost a cotyledon 2 days ago. She has grown a little bit but I can see some yellowing on the remaining cotyledon. I don't know if she will survive or if she will grow like normal. What do you think? PS: she's an autoflower.

Yellowish color on most of the leaves and the condition did not change after watering. I suspect it's nitrogen deficiency or some pH problems. The plant is in pre-flowering, with sex being revealed. Will go into flowering soon. I watered it with 1.5l Any thoughts?
