Will she survive?

My seedling lost a cotyledon 2 days ago. She has grown a little bit but I can see some yellowing on the remaining cotyledon. I don't know if she will survive or if she will grow like normal. What do you think?
PS: she's an autoflower.

Day 43 vegetative. Problems have occur since week 2. I already remove the first biggest set of fan leave at bottom. Problem slowing down but still happeninThe problem slow down after I cut dying leave on the 2-3 week and water it with nutes. But it is still creeping on fan leave. Only on fan leave that grow from the main stem. I always check my water and soil ph and everything is around 6.4-6.8ph.Leaves. Color - Yellow

Leaves are turning yellow and dieing. Looks just like nitrogen deficiency but my PH has been running high. Please help. Last plant died exactly like this. Yellowing drying leaves from the bottom on all fan leaves while shoots get stunted / eventually affected.Transp recently from 1g > 5g. Seemed ok at first day after (no wat) then leaves started rapidly yellowing / drooping. Tent is fairly small 40x40x120. Could it be the heat ? Also took out humidifier but still in same room tent vents. Is Canna Pro Plus watered between 5.8-6.2 ph ?5y ago
