Hi I have flowers that are curing, that smell amazing, look good, when broken up the smells are awesome, the effect is great but the taste is terrible, like a dirty ashtray on the back of the tongue. Ash is white and burns nicely. What gives? Been curing for three weeks thanks

This is usually a sign that you have oversaturated the plant with nutrients.. not sure if it's your grow but there is a lot of understanding/practice and patience that goes into growing Cannabis and even then sometimes things just don't turn out quite right;.

You would really need to pump her with way too much nutes for that to be the issue, but it happens. My worry would be mold starting because you haven't burped your jars enough (first two weeks they should be burped for at least 15 minutes twice a day).
Some cannabis is just super resinous too, which makes everything but the first rip taste like roach.

VPD values!! How much off the recommended ranges is not good anymore??My first time monitoring vpd values on a grow. Day time vpd value : 1.5-1.6. Night time vpd value: 1.2-1.4. I think recommended value for mid to late flower is 1-1.3. I hit it at night but during the day temps going up makes my life difficult. How much off range is not good?Week 5

Week 6 Defoliation? D70 DWC.Would you go for a week 6 flower defol? Shes pretty dense despite heavy defol on D50 and is just coming out of cal lockout due to nitrogen tox with PH and EC stabilized on the latest res change. Flipping to flower ***BUT want to change light schedule?If i wanted to move my light schedule two hours ahead, when i flip to flower. How would i do it, without harm.
It is because of the rise of cost of electricity.
When switching to flower i go from 18-6 to 12-12 schedule.
Can i just extend Lights-off with 2 hours, before flip?
