Hi I have flowers that are curing, that smell amazing, look good, when broken up the smells are awesome, the effect is great but the taste is terrible, like a dirty ashtray on the back of the tongue. Ash is white and burns nicely. What gives? Been curing for three weeks thanks

This is usually a sign that you have oversaturated the plant with nutrients.. not sure if it's your grow but there is a lot of understanding/practice and patience that goes into growing Cannabis and even then sometimes things just don't turn out quite right;.

You would really need to pump her with way too much nutes for that to be the issue, but it happens. My worry would be mold starting because you haven't burped your jars enough (first two weeks they should be burped for at least 15 minutes twice a day).
Some cannabis is just super resinous too, which makes everything but the first rip taste like roach.
