Buying a grow tent looking for better quality spider farm 2000 or Hydro mars 2000 set ups from Amazon

They both look good, choosing a kit has been an absolute nightmare for me, especially on a budget

The bigger the tent, the more plants! Still, with a 4 foot x 4 foot, one big scrogged photoperiod plant would be my choice, rather than trying to cram in multiple plants. And yes, the biggest factor is the light quality. These package deals have everything, but compromise by trying to keep the price down by having mostly mediocre everything. You end up down the track upgrading your lights, your filter, your fan etc so in the end you have to buy practically everything a second time. It is probably better to "buy once and cry once", buying all/most components individually and buying better quality components the first time round. This may take longer to get going, but will help you to grow better plants by having better quality equipment, and equipment that lasts too. Hope this helps,......... Organoman.

If you want a crazy light check out hlgs 600rspec. they are on sale right now for 998. That light replaces a 1000w Hid with 600watts at the wall. The mars hydro tents are higher quailty than the vivosun so just go with your budget here. Get a better light over better tent though. Go with the 4x4 tent either way. Otherwise if you cant afford the Hlg 600 rspecs 2x sf2000s for the 48x48 grow tent would be pretty good. I currently run a 600rspec in a 4x4 vivosun tent and it is great. I hope that helps :)
