Why wont my plant bud

Oh, it says "I'm growing a male". If it's not budding after 10 weeks there's a problem. Maybe, it just hasn't been long enough? It can take 2-3 weeks on 12/12 before you start seeing bud. If it's been on 12/12 for more than 3 weeks, you almost definitely have light getting in with your plants during the dark hours. The sun, a room light, or even a street light can be enough to make it think its still day time.

Umm ok as u can tell this is my first time lol. My plant is a female there is no small ball looking things under the leaves so why or how can I get it to bud?
