So here's my box I made and the plant currently in it, I'm hoping she's just starting to flower? Panel is a cheap 20 quid ebay led that's all iv used so far, I'm wondering can I use the strip leds now and on red only led or the full spectrum ofcourse with the existing one too?

Any extra light will help you. I would probably just grab another light like what you have already

I'm a noob but i'd go full spectrum there's some benefits to adding blue during flowering ( I believe although I tried a google search and not sure what that was exactly, in veg it helps nodes grow tighter) but you have limited lights it seems, so me personally id go full, the Sun is a even fuller spectrum so if anything you're just helping it be closer to the full spectrum. When I flower i have a 1000HPS(red spectrum typically for flower) I'm going to use, but im going to use my 600w MH(bluer spectrum typically for veg) If you had more access to lights and blue light (wattage) i probably wouldn't comment, but since you seem to have limited light I'd for sure go all out. But again I'm a noob so idk really gl
