Looking very nice! I usually do the whole plant at once but I train and get even light coverage. If your top colas are the ones with the trich pics go for it cut em down! If you have amber in the bottom colas too chop the whole plant. It's really preference but if you let more get amber it WILL be a sleepy smoke

Judge the trichomes on the buds only, not the sugar leaves. The top half of the plant will ripen before the bottom. You can split your harvest into two if you want to. Overall, I'd say your good to go and chop that if you want to do whole plant. If you wanted to split the harvest do it now. Good Luck!

I'd harvest now. But that's just my opinion. It really depends on what kind of smoke you are looking to get. If you hate the "couch lock" feeling, its time to harvest. But if this is going to be a night smoke then maybe stick with your current plan. I would also harvest all at once. Having a plant that is in different stages of drying could be confusing and problematic if not tracked. Mold and rot can appear, and its a pain to trim all week long. They have to be in jars curing once dried and trimmed in order to preserve all the plant, THC, CBD ect ect.
