cut a empty two liter in half and peal the label off, you can make a humidity dome for your young plant, take the top off so you can exchange the air out, close your tent if you have one,

Put water in the room, If you can use distilled water. But yes just keep adding till your at the right humidity. Use pales, cups whatever is best for your space ECT. once right just add water as needed.

Try hanging out wet towels, if possible in direct sight to fan air flow, you need lots of evaporation, and keep your grow room very closed.

Use a makeshift humidity dome for the first couple of weeks. I place the seedlibgs in party cups inside a small transparente Rubbermaid with another on top acting as a humidity dome

2 mars hydro TS 600s (culprit)
1 vivosun in-line fan with ducting pumping air out.
Small humidifier.
Coming soon:

DWC×2 33cm H fit in 70x70x160it's not Q about my grows, rather my new to be set up. So, I ordered 2 19l DWC by growrillahydroponics. They are 33cm H and the tops are 30cm in W. PH keep rising in DWS, RO water?I use tap water (soft water), Canna Vega A/B and related products, with rockwool.
PH is stable around 7.2 - 7.5. I PH down to 5,5 and 6-12 hours later its back up. This is my second rund and had the same problem then.
