Is my project gonna make less noise?! (Neighbourhood pb)

Hi,I’m gonna start the flowering process next week.All my equipment will be turn on (extra,intra,carbon filter,fan)My project is to put a new box (60*60*140)in my actual box (80*80*160)in order to fill the space between these two(almost 0.52 m3)with rockwool and woodpannel MDF.

it sounds like a nice set up, if your looking to dampen the noise, you can wrap your fan in padding, any thing that makes noise you can suspend using nylon ties, you can get real big ones, so if things vibrate because of being on the floor you will want to try to put padding down on the floor. making less noise is very important since right now you dont want others knowing. you can also take extreme measures by getting a bunch of empty egg cartons and put on the walls like a music studio has. with all the pre cautions on the noise, remember it is just as important to make sure the air flow is good, the light(s), and your nutrients are proper and it sounds like you will be on track with what needs to be done,

Hy man sorry i’m a little bit high and that caused me to understand less English than I usually already understand. U want to have an extra grow area in the ceiling? In my opinion yes , for sure take a box, so you can insulate the two “rooms” and the ceiling can be not perfect cleaned , not light insulated and so on. If i miss something tells me or if u can’t understand what i said. The box will also allow u to not put the things direct on the walls or roof avoiding vibrations . If u want outside you can put the air silencer connected to the air pipe to have the silence in the room or outside. Take care to the Dutch problem, 2x400w hid will melt the snow on your roof maybe 😂✌️🏽

Hi guys, first of all I’d like to thank both of you for the quick response 🙏🏽 Yes I think I should focus on the extra and forgetting the idea of buying a second box. The extra will be located on the Ceiling box, attached with strap. So For the vibration I don’t think it will cause me problems. Maybe I have to buy a kind of box for the extra? What do you guys think? Thank you so much 🙏🏽😎

In my opinion the only noises come from a box is the extractor and if u put a air silencer after it u will have less than half the noise, insulating the box walls and exausting the air outside of it will not reduce the noise, maybe only for induction and fans but this is the littlest noise. I reject your option seems to me only dangerous, you will act directly on the noisy elements
