First autoflower. Harvest soon?

I need an expert's eye to tell me if I can harvest soon. I realize it might be tricky without being able to see the trichomes but I got a cheap magnifying glass and it's not really helping. Based on the general appearance of my plant, what do you guys think? Cheers.

One weird unhealthy leaf?I was just checking my girls when I noticed this leaf hidden away.
I have no idea what it's from, so I thought I'd ask here.
There was literally 1 leaf like this on the entire plant, I couldn't find another, although it's in a hard to reach spot.

Humidity at nightHow are people keeping humidity down during lights off hours, I have RH of about 77% at 'night'. My temps are about 19°c at night the best it can be. The optimal temperature in the box is 27 degrees Celsius, but what is the maximum permissible temperature under the lamp near the tops of the plants?my box is on the balcony and it's getting hotter outside and it's only the beginning of summer, already started freezing bottled water for critical hours((: Humidifier, turns on every 1 minute for 40% humidity and temperature jump from 26 to 30 (sensor near the top of the plants)

Is this "Tobacco Mosaic" on my Purple Lemonade Auto?First thought it was some water/light burns or a rust/leaf spot fungus. No other plants have it in the tent so not new light stress etc.

RH% and temperatureHi guys, got the transplant done today as suggested by Burmese.
I have an issue after transplant:
- My RH doesn't seem to go below 62%
- Is this level bad for the plant?
- What is the optimum RH and Temp for this strain?
- Or average optimum temp and RH in general?
