That will be just fine! Seeing green is definitely a good sign and these are resilient plants. Keep them humid and moist (NOT WET) and she should be popping up within the next 3-4 days.
The plastic wrap shouldn't need holes as it will not be airtight anyways.

Ok thank you I've done that and covered the seed with about an inch of soil if that's OK? Looks like she was hatching though and I saw a bit of green from the seed.

YES! Use a pencil or marker to make a small hole deep enough to cover the seed by 1/4 inch. Since the root curled you may have to make it just a tad wider. GENTLY insert the seed, root downward so that the seed shell is at the top. cover with some moist soil and cover with plastic wrap or a clear plastic cup.
