Entering week 9 of flower today and looking for advice on how to proceed. Harvest a week early or should I continue let them rippen?

Numerous problems all culminated in late flower. I'm mostly blaming my over-use of UV, but they would have been fine had they been completely healthy when I started that.
As the fade is now beginning to progress to the rich sugar leaves, I'm considering cutting to save them.

vast majority of pistils have turned color.. can't be too far off.
you still have parts of canopy capable of photosynthesis. Remove any necrotic bits and 99% damaged leaves.. unshield anything green you can.
if triches are amber to your liking, take it down, or if you think it's dying, .. take it down, lol.

Accidentally bent/squished the stem on Pheno #3, is it possible it can bounce back?I was LST'ing the Purple Haze Pheno #3, I accidentally got a bend in the stem and it could have snapped or partially torn, I attached some photos hope these help. It was by accident, I have nerve damage and arthritis so I can't keep my hands still that much especially standing.

I'm having an exceptionally hard time telling how close or far from harvest based on my trichomes. My eyes maybe not what they used to be. I...seem to see a mix from clear clear all the way to some Amber's. I'm using a jewelers lope and also zoom through camera etc. Lil help?

Problem: two girls one tent, 40x40, an Auto and a Photo, both ~30 days old. Poor decisions and bad planning got me into this How would you proceed?Are there good options w/o killing one so the other could properly grow? Is it a good idea if I flip the light from 18 to 12 only when the Auto is done? Or my friend suggested to gradually reduce the light hours over the next two weeks to less stun the Auto? Knocking sound from my Oscillating AC Infinity fanI have an AC Infinity fan (Cloud 6 I think) and am surprised by how noisy it is. The blades turning are quiet enough but the oscillation function gives off a knocking sound which is not ideal for my guerrilla garden. Has anyone else had this issue ?

Wet trim and get the kief?Is it worth it to pause the drying process and wet trim?
I am mostly asking this since I read it's easier to wet trim and I can hopefully extract some kief from the sugar leaves with a grinder in the process.
What are your thoughts, leave it as is, or get that kief?

Bud Rot? Mold? Or safeOne of the branches split during a storm the other day and didn't recover after a few days so I chopped.
