Is it time to LST? (Scrog)

Is it time to LST? It is her 23th day. Why does it still look tiny to me? Leaves look healthy. Res water is at 700 PPM, 5.6 pH How do I know that she will start flowering? Thanks y'all.

Is Top-fed DWC schedule ok?Ive set 5minute schedule topfed DWC to avoid keeping the roots too soggy. My soil is made of 8 rockwool attached together to form a bigger cube and 1 rockwool on top where I placed the initial seed, to protect the roots. What you think? Are roots ok or too small?

plant seems at a standstill - very little gain in size and new growth - how come?they were put into bigger pots 2 weeks ago. hardly any new growth and gain in size. one in very bad shape, other developing hairs nicely. both stay almost same I size and no new leaves. I was expecting them to stretch now in week 6. what to do apart from watch and be patient?

Why is she so droopy?I dont know what happened...maybe my Rezin nutrient went bad cause it has a really strong smell now... Nothing changed on feeding schedule. I did cut out a lot of leaves but she seemed to respond well the days right after...then a feeding with the questionable nutes Ph is 5.8

Willing doming this stunted plant help it recover from its early trauma? I have attached photos of progress from the past 2 weeks This journal has become an experiment in the resilience of this plant. When it was 2 days old I water and washed the germinated seed out of the peat pod, and have been trying to allow it to recover at its own pace which it has been, but is very stunted and behind it sisters.
