Heat stress? (1st grow)

Hi,
Here we start with the problems. The leaves are curling up (little yellow), not much. I've looked that up and it's probably heat stress?
-My led lamp is at 55 cm
-The plant receives 500 PPFD
Also a friend told me to water it nearly 1l, if that's the case I was giving way less

Either heat stress or wind burn . Nothing major so don't worry . I find the leaves will curl like this when I have a fan blowing on the leaves to much . Or it could just be that the temp is too high which is unlikely , check with a hygrometer .

Well I'm going for wind burn cause the direction of the fan and the curl indicates for that.
And will water less haha.

I'm having an issue with two of my plants, the leaves are curling upward right at the base of the leaf. My humidity is right at 57-60%, heat goes fro 76-81 during the day, watering once a day. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Im on day 10, by the way.Week 2

plants effected by leaves thats brown and crispy. Two of the plants had this in the start but almost no crispy leaves now,the most sative looking is still affected. There is very low humidety in room. 30%. EC is 1.5. Is it low humidety or nuts. See pics😀👍🏼Week 6

ok take a look at the plants! number one has curled up leaves and the leaves look smaller then the other plants.
and the nerves are a little pale color on all the plants. any advice?

So a bunch of my babies are getting this extreme leaf curling. It happened when the lights were off for only like 3 hours. Could it be windburn or Humidity? Nothing is out of whack in the Grow room temps were under 80 and humidity was >70 because I have a dehumidifier. ThanksWeek 3
