Balls on stalk.

Growing community.... I was inspecting my Purple Punch today and noticed two hard balls on each side of the main stalk with pistil like single hairs. What the hell are these and is this normal? Noticed this as flowering buds are developing.

Can root damage cause this?The little f*cker has a major damage to his taproot since germination phase. I accidently broke the tip of it. But she was very strong. Fought for her life and won the battle. Now she is 12 days old and shows this. Is this caused by the root damage or from other circumstances?

Should I switch to 12/12 lighting? - Autoflowers not showing pistils after 5 weeksGrowing five plants (germinated Sept 8) including 3 Anvil and 2 BlackStrap autoflower strains from Mandalorian Genetics. The BlackStraps have been showing pistils since about end of week 3. No Anvil plants are showing pistils. Should I switch the lighting schedule to 12/12?

Will the real Strawberry Pie please stand up?Both of these plants are from the same seed order, were grown at the same time, and under the same conditions. Clearly, they are not the same. can a plant be "frozen in time" (mid flowering) or is she just slow?These 2 are the same age, but one is more advanced than the other. The sad one used to be in a smaller pot and have a high pH (i just corrected), so i wonder if she's just slower or if she is stunt and will never recover because I replanted her during flowering (1,5 week ago).
