It’s 11 weeks. Don’t have a great magnifying glass and don’t really know what I’m doing anyway. Should I give this one more time to mature?

Should I remove these leaves? Staggered harvests?Two main tops and a several smaller buds deeper in the plant that are not as far along in the flowering stage as the other six main tops. Do you guys think it will have any noticble effect on the yield in the end?
