It’s 11 weeks. Don’t have a great magnifying glass and don’t really know what I’m doing anyway. Should I give this one more time to mature?

Twins or different species?3rd grow, so still a complete noob, didn't know twins were a thing before these popped up. Flowering temperature and light strength?The strain I'm growing can get hues of purple and blue if temps low.
I don't have a AC just fresh air in. If I drop the light % 100% - 75% my temp drops from 77 to 71.

What are the cheap and effective ways you do to prevent rot?
