Yellow leaves with dark spots

Old leaves going yellow with black spots that fall off with the slightest touch..
They are the lower growth that hasnt really been exposed to much light.
Any ideas what could this be and how to fix it?
A bit worried about losing 3 months work 😑

Is that just a light burn or could it be something else?One bud in the middle of my plant is much lighter than all the others, which all look healthy and green. I think it was due to the too small distance of my light, which was only 20cm (8") between canopy and light. I have now moved the light to 35cm (14").
What are your opinions?

Start feeding two weeks into (auto)flowering?Two autoflower plants around two-three weeks into flowering. One plant is getting light green and yellowish leaves that feels papery. Sénescence ou manque d'azote en phase de floraison.Les feuilles virent au jaune rapidement, se propageant aux autres. Je les ai privées d'azote pendant 10 jours en floraison, pensant que la terre enrichie suffirait. Doute entre manque d'azote et début de sénescence. Voir mon journal pour plus de détail.
