Boil for some time, let it broke the nutrients down (the opposite of what we want for human nutrition), let it cool.
You can use it pure, or diluted at any percent you like, as it's not hot.
But it does have lots of N, P, K, Fe, Cal, Mag, Mg, Cu, Zn (if you weight your ingredients and then search nutrition facts, you will be able to add up the miligrams on each and know what goes into your girls).
