Hi! Those leaf edges looks like zinc deficiency but you have something else going on in there too so my two cents is that you have or had stressful/wrong conditions for her. Might be wrong pH in the soil probably or bad drainage or something 'cos many times micronutrient deficiencies come up in stressful times and they clear up on their own when problem is corrected. Check the soil pH first and move from there

Could be light burn as it seems to be affecting the top growths the most. My other thought would be pH fluctuations so make sure that you are giving your plant the right pH range when you water. The shape of the leaves also looks like a little bit of too much nitrogen. at 2 weeks with good soil, you shouldn't need to add any nutrients.
