Hard to tell with the lighting, but thrips are bad! As stated below—- spray plants in veg with neem (right before lights out), get some sticky yellow soil bug traps, and maybe some diatomaceous earth powder for the soil. They can get out of control very quickly!

The white dots are from the thrips. You should get some Neem oil, spray it on the soil and also lightly as a foliar spray.
The yellowing and browning of the leaves are probably a separate issue, it looks like potassium deficiency.

PH Fluctuations and/or Nutrient Issues?I'm Running a Recirculating Deep Water Culture System( hydro). Had PH dropping dramatically a few days back but did a full water change and everything has stabilized. Just Flipped to a 12/12. Kleine gelbe Flecken an 2 BlätternI saw today that 2 leaves have developed slight yellow spots.
I checked the underside of the leaves and didn't see any webs or anything, the rest of the plant looks very healthy.
The question now is whether this is normal or if I should be worried about spider mites.
