Is my plant showing signs of Nitrogen deficiency?

Autoflower, day 40. Most leaves are in a yellowish-green tone or even completely yellow. I was mistakenly watering it with tap water, but when I noticed the yellowing, 1 week ago, I started watering with mineral water at pH 6.49.

Are these pictures from the bottom? Is it generally stealing the nitrogen from those bottom fan leaves to enable new growth? If it’s green at the top and mostly yellow at the bottom then yeah it’s N. Also I don’t know how old your plant is but don’t forget towards the end they are essentially dying so expect lots of shed leaves anyway and weird colours. If your mid grow and it’s yellow nearer the bottom than top then yes is nitrogen. It’s a mobile nutrient so it can be moved around the plant to where it’s needed if there isn’t enough. Hopefully this helps mate - iv literally just been through this the past week or so coz I left em over Xmas! Mines returned to normal now. Took a few days…

Bleaching evenly, for sure lack of nitrogen. I would bump all NPK. N part for few weeks is still needed. Then you can concentrate on PK boost.

It looks like there hasn't been enough Nitrogen through veg and now it's using all stored N from the leaves. I'd be tempted to add a little bit more N to your bloom feed for a few weeks. That is what I see from your diary, wait for more growers to chime in with there thoughts incase I'm completely wrong.

Your tap water is probably fine if it's not going through a salt based softening system. "Mineral water" is just water with at least 250 TDS, aka "hard water". I guess you're using some sort of fortified soil mix, those can be tricky to blend to the right strength and it's easy to go too hot or in your case a bit too light. The N got depleted a little early but you also probably don't have much stretch left judging by the progression of the flowers. If you have any of your mix left, you could top dress it a little otherwise you can probably ride it out.
