In my humble opinion... It's snake oil salesmanship.. I bought it.. Used it.. Didn't notice too much of a different... There are other cheaper/better alternatives.. Terpinator and Rezin.. Are two that come to mind and do a great job of it. They both contain bio acids. rezin contains acids that are commonly found in Fruits, wine, honey and milk... And it works when used properly..

Should i harvest even tough the buds are so small ? Or wait 2-3 weeks ?I've small buds due to not enough defoliation and nitrogen overflow due hot weather. Today i saw on the exact same bud three more of these things. so i decided to cut the bud.
