It looks a little behind to me, but pretty normal. It's flowering, dont give it 24h! According to Bomb Seeds, this strain is 8-10 weeks to flower, but sometimes you just get a slower one. Check for light leaks..
I noticed in your pictures that there's a blue light on your humidifier thing, cover that light with a piece of duct tape or something. I'm not sure if it's causing the issues now, but it will bring you problems in the future! ANY light during the dark cycle can really confuse photoperiod plants.

I won’t give her 24h of darkness if I was u .
Just make sure u have any light came inside the tent during the nights periods .
Internodes stretching and she showed some pistils.
For me she just a bit longer than normal but not a problem.
Be careful to don’t “flash” her the first two week.
I never open the tent during night période especially the first and second week of 12/12
And never switch on the light of the tent room , just in case I didn’t see some light leaks.

2 colas amber nothing else noticableI noticed that today, Tuesday, the second day of the 4th week of flower; that two bud colas have begun to turn amber. Is this ok or some issue? Nothing else on plant turned and those 2 sites seem to be overly ripe if the rest started nothing else is noticable.

What are these? Buds? Seeds? both?I am seeing some pistils coming out of small round shaped parts of the plant, there are 2 per node. One on each side.
