I have what i believe to be the same problem.
Get a white rolling paper and try to rub the dots. If they dont wipe off then as it's on your top leaves, IMO it's Calcium. If they do rub off and you see orange/red on the paper after rubbing then its fungus.

Calcium deficiency or overfed?Hi.
This is about my Apricot Auto which already suffered the yellow tips/edges. I took that as the result of heat/light stress.
Now she also developed discoloration and brown spots on some of the leaves. It looks like a Calcium deficiency to me, but I am quite uncertain.

Auto/fem Purple Hulk yellowing fast, wonder if its just genetics since it is close to harvest. About 50% pisols orange.
